Paris Hilton the Stalker

A Los Angeles party planner recently claimed Paris Hilton called him a "lazy Mexican." Tuesday, Paris Hilton was ordered to stay away from the man via a restraining order. The main also said Hilton bombarded him with threatening phone calls.

The man, Brian Quintana, is actually the guy responsible for introducing her to her boyfriend Stavros Niarchos. Quintana said "Hilton began a smear campaign against him after she started dating Niarchos, accusing him of trying to get Niarchos to ditch her for his former girlfriend, Mary-Kate Olsen."

By Paris Hilton's actions of shoving Quintana three times, and threatening his life, the party planner claims he has lost many clients due to the ordeal with Paris Hilton.
